Error: Column binding "?" has referred to a data set column "?" which does not exist.

Description

Encountered this issue while trying to generate the attached report design. The report design has parameters with values taken from one of the report datasets. This might be related to the changes that were made for bug #1610, but I doubt it. Going to add this here so we can keep an eye on it.

The "location" dataset in the report design has a column with the name "?". That's probably not correct, unless the question mark is dynamically filled with another value defined within the report.
