FormEntry starter form has UTF artifacts in its stylesheet

Description

As of revision 1374, Page1.xsl in the FormEntry module's start form contains (presumably UTF-related) artifacts.

I can't see these characters in eclipse or in an editor. I also can't get them to appear in an infopath form.

James, how/when did these appear? Do they appear after uploading then redownloading an xsn, after duplicating the basic form, after uploading and then filling out a form? And what locales are you in when doing these actions?

The problem originally occurred after upgrading from OpenMRS 1.3 to 1.4.

Any new forms that were duplicated off of the basic form had ?? throughout.

This is still an unresolved issue on our production server; running the latest form entry 3.6.5 and OpenMRS Version: 1.4.3.00 Build 8439.

this is working for me, strangely enough. What locale are you in when you download and upload?

We're are in English (United States) when we download and upload.

I deleted the (invisible to me) characters in [9118] and released formentry 3.6.6. Reopen this ticket if this doesn't fix it for you.
