[10:22:03] <bwolfe> 3) the module copies the temp war to webapps/openmrs.war
[10:22:26] <bwolfe> 4) tomcat sees the new war file within 10 seconds and stops the openmrs application
[10:22:41] <bwolfe> 5) after about 30 seconds openmrs is back online with the new setup
